Brigid O'Connor on March 22, 2017 at the age of 84. Native of County Kerry, Ireland . Loving wife of the late Karl Warnick. Beloved sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many here in New York , England and Ireland. Brigid's family will gather at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home on Tuesday April 4th at 10 am . Procession at 12 noon to Calverton National Cemetery for interment with her late husband Karl.

Susan Ruth Mahabir, 50, passed on March 26, 2017 at Montefiore Medical Center. Susan spent her early life in Trinidad attending the University of West Indies earning a Bachelors in Sociology. Susan was an avid reader, lover of nature, and a great proponent of education. After immigrating to New York she remained a loving daughter to Ophelia Mahabir and elder sister to Esther and Tricia Mohair. Family is gathering from 10am until noon at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY. There will be a service at noon at the funeral home. Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery to follow.

Thelma Auerbach passed away on March 24, 2017 at the age of 91. Thelma is the widow of the late Murray Schwartz. Loving mother of Jane Schwartz and Jeffrey Schwartz (his wife Marcy). The family will gather Monday March 27th at 11:30 am at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY.  A chapel service will be conducted at 12:30 followed by the graveside committal at 2:00 pm at Cedar Park Cemetery, Emerson NJ.

Followed by the internment at Mount Hope Cemetery. A reception will follow at The Gander, 15 West 18thSt.   His ashes will be buried with his parents at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Yonkers and in Cuba and Puerto Rico.
