Ann O’Sullivan (nee Veale) of Ballysaggart, County Waterford, Ireland and the Bronx, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at the age of 88 with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Dave, Ann leaves behind her heartbroken children Tony (Ann), Patricia, David (Jenny), Michael, and Colleen (Dennis), her grandchildren, Anthony, Kieran, David, Maeve, Olivia, John, Charlotte, Kevin, Kellie Ann, and Kaitlin. She was sister to Tommy, Patrick, Eddie, and the late Kitty and John. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ann was a devoted mother and grandmother. She cherished spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed Irish music, dancing, cups of tea, and shopping. She was a devout Catholic who practiced her faith everyday with her soft-spoken kindness.
She will be forever missed and forever loved.
Reposing will be held on Thursday, January 29th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Ave, Bronx, NY 10471. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, January 30th at 9:45 AM at St. Margaret of Cortona Church 6000 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY 10471. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Yonkers, NY.
