Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, December 17th at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, 6000 Riverdale Ave., Bronx, NY 10471 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the American Heart Association or Bancroft.org.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, a friend to laugh with, and a talented photographer and musician. A memorial service will be held  at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY on Wednesday, Dec. 12 from 4 - 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in Bob's name.

The wake will be held on Saturday, December 1, from 4 to 6 pm, and Sunday, December 2, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY. The Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Monday, December 3, at 9:45 am at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, 6000 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday November 17th 2018 from 12-4 pm at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY. The committal was private.

The Most Reverend Robert A. Brucato was born in The Bronx, New York City, on August 14, 1931, the second son, and middle child, of Anthony and Yolanda (nee Vento). Bishop Brucato was raised in the Northeast Bronx, attended P.S. 97 and Cardinal Hayes High School, and was active in Holy Rosary Parish. Bishop Brucato’s wake will be held on Monday, November 12th 2018 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at the O'Connor Residence Chapel, 5655 Arlington Avenue in Riverdale, Bronx, New York.  The funeral Mass will follow at 11 am and will be celebrated by his Eminence, Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York.

Tété deeply loved her family, enjoyed cooking, providing for the needs of the less fortunate, and tending orchids. She was a natural teacher and counselor and could frequently be found speaking to young persons encouraging them to make thoughtful decisions.
