Beverly Taylor was born on September 1, 1944, in Kingston, Jamaica. She is the daughter of Horace and Margaret. Beverly immigrated to the United States in 1968 and proudly became a United States citizen in 1973.
In her lifetime, Beverly’s life was defined by her devotion to her family, friends, flowers, food and fun. She loved spending time with family and friends and get togethers were always a place for laughter and love. She also loved travelling and tending to her plants and garden. She was a social, fun, hardworking and loyal person. She loved playing bingo and engaging in other social activities. Beverly’s joyful spirit was evidence to everyone that knew her.
On October 24, 2026, Beverly passed away peacefully. She is survived by her daughter, Khalilah, her grandson, Sebastian, her niece, Alicia, and her nephew, Michael. She leaves behind many family and friends to mourn, and she will forever be missed.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, November, 6th at 11 AM at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, 6000 Riverdale Ave. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
