Jose Rafael Ortiz, of Bronx, New York, passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 53. He was the son of Gloria Montoya and the late Jose Luis Ortiz. Partner to Caridad. Brother to Jorge, Marta, Nicole and Millie. He was the devoted, honorable and hard working father to Gina, Angel, Jordan, Jay and Devin.

We miss you and honor you beyond words, we will never forget your unwavering sacrifice and hard work to keep us safe and together. We will forever be grateful to have had the honor to call you Dad. A memorial service will be held at Riverdale-On-Hudson on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 4 PM-8PM.
