Cheryl, age 77, passed away suddenly but peacefully from natural causes on April 10, 2025. She leaves behind her loving significant other, Patrick Duffy and her two sons, Philip and John who will forever cherish her memory.
Known for her incredible sense of humor and vibrant spirit, Cheryl had a way of lighting up every room she entered. She was the life of every gathering and brought joy to those around her with her infectious laughter and warm presence.
She had a special love for bingo and her weekly Pokeno game nights, which brought together friends, fun, and unforgettable memories. Whether cracking jokes or cheering on someone else’s win, she made every moment brighter just by being herself.
A memorial service will be held at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home in 6110 Riverdale Ave. Bronx on Holy Thursday, April 17, from 3-6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Cheryl’s memory.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
