Mary Ann Marasco Venticinque-Malkin

December 10, 2025 Jeffrey Wiecek

Mary Ann Marasco Venticinque-Malkin, 73, passed away on December 10, 2025.  She was born May 16, 1952 in the Bronx, New York, to Theresa and Vincent Marasco and had an older brother George.  Her first marriage gave her two beloved children, Theresa and Philip.  She was a loving mother, who raised her children in the Catholic Faith and instilled in them a sense of meaning and purpose in all that they do, always stressing the importance of love and family.  She worked at the HIP center where she met and later married her devoted husband, Gary, in 2005, and they shared 20 wonderful years together.  She went on to work for the Wildlife Conservation Society, where she retired to devote herself to taking care of her mother.  She later worked as an Office Manager in the Medical Podiatry Field as well as in the area of Elder Care Estate and Legacy Planning.  She loved her family deeply and especially loved spending time with them and sharing their accomplishments with others.  She was so proud of all they did always!  She was known to all for her generous and loving heart.  She is survived by her husband, Gary, children, Theresa and Philip, and their spouses, David and Lauren, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Sophia, Isabella and Vincent and her fur-puppy grandson Chewy.  She was preceded in death by her parents Theresa and Vincent, brother George, and pets GiGi, Lucky and Oreo.  She will be deeply missed as we celebrate her life and legacy of love.

Reposing will be held on Sunday, December 14th, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Ave, Bronx, NY 10471. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, December 15th at 10:00 AM at St. Margaret of Cortona Church 6000 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY 10471. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
