It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the sudden passing of our beloved Jennifer Rose Jimenez. She passed peacefully on November 23rd in Riverdale, NY at the age of 41 years old.
She is survived by her grandmother Barbara, her mom Ellen, her dad Jerry, her brothers Joseph and Jerry Jr., her sisters Melissa and Christina, her nephews, Brandon, Luis Ryan, Damian and Jack, her niece Isabella, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Jen was the Director of Operations at Riverdale Temple. She adored her job and was happy to provide congregants with events and news about their place of worship. She felt accepted by the Jewish religion and often enjoyed sharing the holidays with her loved ones.
Jen was a loving, kind, and generous person. She had a wonderful sense of humor and wit about her. She was incredibly creative and intelligent, and she always made everyone she came across feel welcomed and loved. Her jokes and laughter were contagious, and she brought a smile to everyone. She was happiest spending time with family.
She was a truly remarkable woman who will be sorely missed by so many.
Her memorial is on Wednesday, December 1st from 3-6 pm at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Jennifer’s name to the Riverdale Temple at riverdaletemple.org.
