John J. Zebulun

John J. Zebulun was born in New York City on August 21, 1934. John was the late son of Mary & John Zebulun. John J Zebulun died on April 10th 2020 of the Coronavirus.John leaves to be cherished  brother Walter Selassie Zebulun( Betty) ( preceded in death) Almaz M. Zebulun & (preceded in death Stanley Zebulun. John also leaves nieces Tenaye A.Zebulun & Desta Zebulun, Nephews Damte B.Zebulun, Walter H.S. Zebulun & Stanley Jr. Zebulun. John attended Haaron High School in New York City, he graduated in 1953. John also attended City College to which he was drafted to go into the US Army, to where he served 2 1/2 years. Upon,John being discharged from the Army , he attended New Mount Zion Baptist Church, to where he was a Sunday school teacher.John loved to write, John would write stories about Ethiopia, he was an great story teller.John liked to take walks & traveling , John spoke French, Spanish & was excellent in Math!John was sweet and caring man. John will be dearly missed by the Zebulun family & By cousins & friends.We love you John, you will be forever in our hearts..
