New York businessman and artist, Jeffrey Philipson, 83, of Riverdale, New York, died in The Bronx, New York on January 30, 2024 due to complications resulting from Multiple Sclerosis.

The family will make arrangements for private gatherings with loved ones to celebrate Jeffrey’s life.

The Reverend Monsignor William J. Foley, died at age 82 on January 27, 2024. Pastor Emeritus, Church of the Immaculate Conception, Stony Point. He resided at the John Cardinal O'Connor Residence for retired priests at 5655 Arlington Ave, Bronx, NY. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held Wednesday evening, January 31, 2024 at 7:00 pm at St. Augustine Church, 140 Maple Avenue., New City, New York. A viewing will take place prior from 6:00 to 7:00 pm for the parish. Additionally, a viewing for the retired priests will take place at the Chapel of the John Cardinal O'Connor Residence on Thursday February 1, 2024 from 9:30 -11 am, followed by his funeral mass celebrated by his Eminence Timothy Cardinal Dolan at 11 am. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery with his family in Queens, NY.
