Patria Hernandez has graduated to be with the Lord. She has lived a very blessed life here. Her and her husband, Victor just recently celebrated 64 years of marriage together. They have 4 children, 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, who all adore and love her very much. Patria loved her husband and her family and she always put others first. She always made everyone feel loved and welcomed and people always enjoyed being around her. Just as cute as she was, Patria was also very strong in her faith with the Lord. We know and we are at peace that not only she is with Jesus, but she is surrounded by many of her loved ones that have gone before her and are in heaven. And we know that she is living in her new and glorified body.

Parking for Riverdale- on-Hudson Funeral Home is available at St Margaret of Cortona Church’s parking lot.
A Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 10:00AM at Our Lady of Esperanza – 624 West 156th Street, New York, NY 10032
Interment will follow at Trinity Cemetery in New York, New York.
