With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lydia Bautista, who died at the age of 74 on October 14, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. She was a strong, independent woman, a devoted mother, a thoughtful sister, a wonderful grandmother, a fantastic great-grandmother, and a great wife. She leaves behind numerous loved ones but is reunited with those who passed before. Lydia always spread joy wherever she went and ensured everyone felt remembered and loved on their birthday and holidays.

As per Lydia’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held. Lydia was committed to helping those in need, especially animals, veterans, and children. In her memory, making a donation to Pets Alive, a no-kill animal rescue, located in Middletown, NY, would be welcomed as it continues her legacy of compassion and care for animals.
