Walsh - Eileen, A. Loving daughter of the late Thomas and Bessie Walsh passed away July 11, 2017 peacefully in her sleep. Beloved sister of Ann Inglese and the late Patricia Walsh. Cherished Auntie to Nancy and Liz Inglese and sister-in-law to Richard Inglese. Godmother, cousin and friend to many who will miss Eileen dearly. Eileen was an adventurous traveler that loved to see the world. She was a dedicated employee of the telephone company for many years and a graduate of Cathedral High School in 1954. Eileen will always be remembered for her love of Irish music and the love of a great dinner with family and friends. Reposing Thursday, July 13 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 14 at 9:45 am at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, 6100 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY followed by interment at Gate of Heaven, Hawthorne, NY.
