Rosa Mary Agramonte, known as Mary, age 64, passed away on February 7, 2024, due to health complications. She was born on April 6, 1959, in Barahona, Dominican Republic to Jesús and Emelinda. She married the love of her life, Bienvenido Agramonte in 1979. Mary was a strong woman of faith devoted to her family and her church community. Her faith in God sustained her through many of life’s challenges. She had been battling complicated health issues for several years and through it all managed to stay positive to the end.  She took great joy in showing her love through her cooking as well as sharing her wisdom.  She had a great sense of humor and always laughed intensely at her own jokes – which made us all laugh in return. 

Mary is survived by her husband Bienvenido and her three children; Grey (Ashley), Raquel (Carlos), & Yari (Danny). Her grandchildren, Noah, Evelise, Ethan, Amelia, & Marleni, her brothers Alcibiades, Carmelo, & Miguel and her many nieces and nephews. All of whom she loved deeply.

Visitation Friday, February 16th from 4 to 6 pm at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY 10471.  Following the Visitation there will be a service at 6 pm in the funeral home. Interment Saturday 11:45 am at Kensico Cemetery.
