Joseph Tully, 72, passed away on January 19, 2020. Beloved husband of Maggie Tully, to whom he was married to for 41 years and loved with all his heart. Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Nellie Tully and twin brother Jack Tully. He is survived by his daughters, Jackie Moreira and husband, Steve, Tracy Tully, and Kimberly Bell. Proud brother to Anna Kessler and Mary Ellen Knight and loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Adoring grandfather to Amanda, Anthony, and Andrew Moreira, and devoted friend and brother-in law. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Irene Morgan, whom he loved dearly.

Joe was a proud veteran of the armed forces, serving in the army during the Vietnam war. Joe retired from the New York City police department after 19 years of service. He had a generous heart, always willing to help friends and family. He was a big sports fan, loved the beach, and vacationing with his family. He will be missed tremendously by family and friends.
