Patrick Maher died of a heart attack on the 4th of February 2019, at the age of sixty-six years old. He is survived by his wife, Maureen (nee Brady), and his three daughters: Siobhan Maher, Meagan Maher, and Ashley Maher. He is also survived by his siblings: Kitty-Mae, Helen, Mary and Bat.  

Born in Kerry, Ireland on March 4th 1952, Patrick moved to the United States to find work and even meet the love of his life, Maureen. He began working at Metro North Railroad, but after a decade, left to make a name for himself in construction.

Patrick was an esteemed masoner, builder, and carpenter. He owned his own company, Maher Construction, with his brother/brother-in law Tom and Johnny for many years. Patrick was always in his element when he was working. He loved landscaping, building, repairing, etc. and his talent exceeded all expectations when he built his family’s dream home in Eagle Rock, Pennsylvania. Patrick Maher was a beloved husband and father, and will remain in their hearts forever.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 9:45 am at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, 6000 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
