Russell G. Bliss who was born on March 9, 1939 passed away on October 24, 2018. Loving devoted and caring husband, father, brother and grandfather.  Attended St.Gabriel's elementary school, All Hollow’s High School and Manhattan College. Dedicated United States Marine. Russell was an avid boxing fan,  boxing coach, and martial artist.   Russell was a father figure to so many people in the Riverdale community. He is survived by his children Michelle, Dawn, and Brett; grandchildren Alex and Skylar Rose, wife Joann and siblings Richard and Evelyn.  He shall be dearly missed.
