Antoinette Dudley (nee "Barbera") was born on September 24, 1924 in New York City. She is survived by two of her beloved siblings, Angelina (Angie) Grippi and Grace (Gina) Marchese. Antoinette (Toni) grew up in the Bronx in New York City and attended Pratt Institute In New York where she excelled in fashion design. She was happily married to Colonel Harry W. Dudley from 1984 to December 1989 when he passed away. She lived in New York City and in Houston, Texas much of her life. She loved opera and bridge and enjoyed traveling around the world. She was also a generous contributor to a variety of good causes including a family in Thailand. She spent the last almost 13 years in the Harrogate Continuing Care Community in Lakewood New Jersey where she passed away on August 1, 2017.
There will be a viewing and prayers on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 4 - 8 PM at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home , 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY. Mass of Christian Burial 10:45am Monday, August 14, 2017 at St. Margaret of Cortona Church. Entombment at Woodlawn Cemetery to follow.
